If the version you say is good, why isn't it listed on the main page? Perhaps it has not been fully tested and qualified for release. Obviously you are not familiar with Common Criteria iso/iec 15408 computer security requirements or you would not suggest what you did.

The latest released PC version (1.8.6) shown on the main page is over a year old. The current version of the MPE Client is 1.0.37. A newer version is not available in the Android Store. I checked for both when upgrading to Windows 10 Pro.

I'm not aware of any other support options.
That said, there are 2 critical settings in the phone client.
They are: Calendars to sync and Add new events to.

To access them -
start client on phone
from the app drawer press MyPhoneExplorer Client
press Settings

You'll see the client configuration ...

I had a similar issue when I installed Windows 10.
The fix was to review the settings in MPE on both the client and PC.

When will there be a fix for the Bluetooth issue?
I have not been able to sync since installing Windows 10.
I tried syncing through the USB port on my router without success.

Problem fixed. When reinstalling MPE the settings did not all carry through.

I saw that thread, but it is not about the rtm version of Windows 10 Pro.

I would expect that there would be issues with an unfinished operating system.

MPE 1.8.6 on Windows 10 Pro (official release) will not connect to an Android 5.1.1 device via Bluetooth. It connected when the OS was Windows 7 Ultimate.

For a Bluetooth connection:

Check the serial port selection in MPE settings.
The port should look something like this - COM6 'SAMSUNG-SGH-I337' Bluetooth-Port - with a com port number and the name you assigned when you set up the Bluetooth port.
