The link in spile's post is exactly the problem I am experiencing. I have turned off contact syncing for Facebook and Google and will see what happens. This is not an MPE problem.

I just began using MPE 1.8.1 and since the contact data base on the phone grows to enormous sizes (> 180MB) even though MPE indicates there is only about 2MB of data downloaded. At the same time, it seems the app "Connect to PC" continues to run, takes most of the processor time, and it is almost ...

Confirming MPE changes the dates
I did a download entire and then a sync and dates were changed on appointments even though they had not been edited between MPE updates. In my case, it only seems to occur on "all day" events like birthdays. I am using MPE 1.8.1, Win7, Outlook 2010, HTC Evo, Droid 2.2. I can send copies of the sync ...
