You'll find the file in directory %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\MyPhoneExplorer\<your phone>\settings.dat (at least in the ancient Win XP ).
Stop MPE and edit settings.dat with a text editor (it's a text file).
The last section the file is [OutlookCustomCalendarExeptions] section ...
