In an effort to try and reslove things I reinstalled MPE... but it made no difference.

Here's the logfile records for the first attempt after reinstalling to sync calendar.

I have multiple Outlook profiles, but only use one of them and am only trying to sync that one. As I said contact sync works fine, it's just calendar I have issues with.

Have also now tried uninstalling and reinstalling MPE, but I still get the same result.

My sync beween outlook and android phone was working fine... now it is not working... don't think I've changed anything. I get the error message when trying to sync contacts or calendar... notes, files, pics sync OK. Have rebooted phone and PC, same problem. Any advice?

OK so I've now just risked a carefully controlled sync with phone and everything is OK!! All appointments in MPE and phone now are the same as in Outlook. Excellent but bizarre!!

I have just checked and the timing of (all) task reminders is also advanced 19 hours from Outlook to MPE and phone.

I have successfully used MPE for some time to sync Outlook with my Android phone. About a week ago I began noticing that appointment times where different in phone and outlook. I have now taken some time to look at this more closely and see that all appointment times are advanced by 19 hours.

Used to be able to connect and sync over USB (my preferred method), but can't any longer. Wifi connection and sync works fine.

Perhaps some one could look at the logfile and see if there are any clues that'll help me to resolve.

Have done a little more testing.

If I create a new contact in MPE on PC then this correctly gets sync'd to both phone and Outlook.

It's just the new contacts created on the phone that don't get to either MPE on the PC or to Outlook.

In phone client settings I have

Contact accounts to Sync - Phone selected; Google not selected - there are only these 2 accounts listed

Add new contacts to - Phone selected; Google not selected - again these are the only accounts listed
