I have now tested v1.8.2
Both bugs have been fixed.
You may now enter and store the numbers with "," and ";".
MPE also converts "p" and "w" to "," and ";" on -the-fly.

The "Info" free text field that contains some text information about the contact is reformatted during the sync. Since the reformatting makes the text different form the text that is already stored, the sync detects it, and displays it as a change during every sync.

Some long character strings ...

This issue has technical reasons:
- MyPhoneExplorer does not compare pictures when sync, but they are transfered on special cases
- if you have updated a contactpicture in Outlook and there is already an existing photo in your phone then the photo will not be transferred to phone cause Outlook does ...

Please note that the string to the right of "O", COMPANY@COMPANYDE is not an Internet-style email address (which should be daniel.duck@company.de)

@COMPANYDE is a Notes Domain (DE is an abbreviation for Germany)

0. Set the MPE sync to overwrite phone from Notes.
1. Add a new contact with the email address Daniel Duck/Germany/COMPANY@COMPANYDE
2. Synchronize with MPE
3. The email address is converted into CN=Daniel Duck/OU=Germany/O ...

in order to program pause and wait directly in the phone numbers, typically "p" or "," for a pause and "w" or ";" for wait are used. Android phones usually require a comma "," for a pause and a semi-colon ";" for wait. These characters are correctly handled by Android dialers etc.
