Sometimes sync (Contacts) will indicate that I have a mis-match between phone and Outlook but wrongly identifies the preferred (changed) option for sync.
The contacts on the phone have no "last edited timestamp" so this can happen if both entries were changed

This problem seems to be some tricky to locate. You say some items get not synced to Outlook. In which state is the database of MyPhoneExplorer ? Is MyPhoneExplorer<>phone not equal or is MyPhoneExplorer<>Outlook not equal ?

Give one time the other source the priority. If it still does not help then we will check why the entries are listed as diffrent every time

Check if you have set up any sync exceptions. The sync-handling is completly different for the phones. It should make no matter of the contact was synced before to
another phone

Issue when trying to sync two phones to new Outlook contact.

We have two registered users syncing on the same laptop using wifi. The first attempt of the MPE program seems to be to only try to connect on the highlighted (or last user phone) - it doesn't then appear to search for the other registered user(s) and only flags up the "no connection" error signal ...

Brilliant s/w - would it be possible to add a dedicated button to perform multi sync (rather than just SHIFT F5). Regards & thanks
