I see two easy options:
Either in MPE settings, Sync section, Contacts, Advanced button. Press that and choose sync mode to be PC->phone. Do not forget to set it back to Sync both after first sync run.
Second option is to delete all the contacts from the phone, and sync again...

No, MPE has it's own (basic) apps for tasks and notes. The MPE data on the phone unfortunately are not compatible with other task/notes applications.

In MPE settings, Sync section, where you select what to synchronize with, there is an Advanced button. Press that and you can choose sync mode to be either phone->PC or PC->phone. If you have really both sides identical, it probably does not matter what you choose.

I am sorry to revive this thread again. I have just tried the latest beta of MPE, and the MPE extension can work as system extension now. That's excellent.
But the second (and for me more important) problem remains - if Lightning, TB calendar extension, is installed as system extension, MPE does not ...

I think SunBird and Lightening are both the same just that I like the separate window that SunBird provides (or does Lightening too have a separate window outside of ThunderBird?)
