I've noticed that the latest release of MyPhoneExplorer no longer spell checks (Aspell).
Is there a way to get it working again?

It didn't do this until I last updated MPE.
Currently I have to edit them from + to 00 on the phone which is a bit annoying.
I would rather use 00 than + as I have some older devices that don't like storing telephone numbers with a + at the ...

Interesting... just toggled on and back off the following and the problem has gone away

I want all my international number dial prefixes to be 0044, 0022 etc, however the latest version of MPE keeps automatically changing them to +44, +22 etc
I can't find an option to stop this, is there a tweak to avoid this happening?

Just found a slight hiccup whilst trying to send a few SMS messages this morning.

If you send a SMS message to a contact with square brackets in their contact name e.g. Fred [Slovak mobile] then MyPhoneExplorer will error with:

Wrong recipient input (contact name & telephone number)!

A quick update.
For some reason I'm now getting 2 receipts.
1 flash receipt and 1 SMS text receipt.
Just placing *0# at the front of the SMS results in a SMS text receipt being received.
xxx the delivery report button in MyPhoneExplorer causes 1 flash receipt and 1 SMS receipt to be received ...

I managed to get it working after a little fiddling around.
Editing the general.ini file in its default location didn’t seem to have any effect.
On my desktop PC I’d previously moved the default location of the Database folder, so as a test I also moved the Database from its default location on my ...

Hummm.... still can't get it working on the latest Beta?

Just one very tiny little thing….

When to receipt option is selected it still shows that you have 160 characters left.
This is not the case as 3 characters have been used for the receipt prefix.
With the receipt option selected ...

When will MyPhoneExplorer support the use of skins?

I have a real problem remembering which icon does what.

Requesting a delivery report does nothing if you’re with O2 in the UK.
I don’t know if it works with other networks in the UK as I have been with O2 since the early 90’s when it was Motorola.

Is there anyway that MyPhoneExplorer can be configured to automatically insert the characters *0# at the beginning of a new SMS?

In the UK the first three characters being *0# causes O2 to send you a receipt when the SMS has been received.
