Does anyone know:
Which way to connect (USB, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth) allows for the fastest sync operation? Which is the slowest?

I apologize. I'm usually much better at remembering passwords.
I'm using a Casio G'zOne Commando and Windows Vista on my laptop. The sync worked great the first time (many weeks ago). Then I forgot my password.

Can you help?
