I have the same problem w10, 64bit - wired connection

Hi, I backed up four times in the last 2 months but when I try to restore any of the backups it only restores contacts from the letter C onwards...is there a glitch somewhere with the restore function that you know of?? if so do you have a patch?? If not is there another program I can use to import ...
