I accidentally got candy on the mic of my galaxy s3 then my husb strongly encouraged me to get an iphone to match the rest of the family. Thank you very much - I'll be signing out for now.

So you are saying I should update for "newer ADB files". What does this mean for me? How can you convince me I need to update? Would you point me to process of backup and restore if I choose to update?

Before I recently updated, usb debugging was under developer options. Now I can't find that anymore. At first the computer did not recognize the phone. When I unplugged and replugged the usb, there appeared a message prompt asking whether to enable debugging. I enabled it. So it seems to be syncing ...

Thank you for these suggestions. Another workaround I've tried is.... leaving the recurring entry as is, but adding additional information for a particular date in its own separate entry.

When I drag and drop, it actually moves the event to a different day.

I am using Outlook 2003, syncing with my android using version 1.84. I am nervous about upgrading after reading a post or two on your site here. There are a couple of annoyances, but overall the sync is working as is.

The event is deleted in the phone, but not Outlook.

When I say I deleted them, I deleted them in the phone. As far as I can tell, you cannot delete "today and forward" for recurring events in Outlook 2003. But the items are still in Outlook. Can anyone help please? I would like it to sync both ways as the setting says.

I deleted PART of a recurring entry (today and forward), but then this did not sync with my computer. Outlook 2003/ XP still shows all those future events. I'm using 1.8.4. Can anyone help?

Tonight I shortened the date range to prior 180 days thru today plus 10. Now it wants to delete everything in the phone prior to -180 days. Is there any way to make it sync the date range I enter YET leave all other dates AS-IS, in other words to keep the history? Even when I synced to prior 999 ...

I tried to sync the calendar for only the third time I think, and it is prompting to overwrite from phone to Outlook for several entries, when there appears to be no change.
