I decided to uninstall this app on my Galaxy S3 and went with a different solution: (1) Go Contact Sync Mod (open source) which auto-syncs Outlook contacts to Gmail; and (2) Google Calendar Sync (free). Once you set them up (syncing parameters), both of these apps run in the background on a schedule ...
