Bought a new S24+ and connected MPE without a problem but I can't access Internal storage as no icon shows up.

Any advice please?

I've never really looked at the MPE Client before but it was already on phone contacts. I did add another account and when I resynced all was back to normal. Thanks for your help.

I have just checked the app on phone and phone contacts is highlighted. Done a resync and phonebook went slower (thinking it had found them) but still nothing

Hi, been using this software for years and I love it. Connected my Samsung s21 yesterday and did a full sync but now it's not showing any contacts for me and I can't work out why?

Any help would be appreciated?

Little update. It seems to be only certain contacts that aren't updating

When I multi sync with MPE on my PC any new messages don't show up. Any ideas why not?

I upgraded from 8.1 to w10 a month ago and lost the bluetooth function. I just had a brainwave and rolled back the driver and now I have bluetooth working normal. Hope this helps others

I'm getting exactly the same problem as Keshka.

"Connection to phone could not be established:Could not open COMX"

Is the HTC Desire Z supported aswell?

I only use BT because I can't physically connect a USB cable myself.

Try COM15 and COM16 and close the PC-Suite before you try to connect MyPhoneExplorer.

Firstly I restarted my phone and then I messed around with com ports and got the phone to connect via BT. When I multi-sync I get a Obex error syncing phonebook-phone but everything else syncs fine ...

I'm using MPE 1.7.5 with windows 7. just bought a vivaz but it wont connect via BT or USB. error message says 'phone could not be identified.

Any help would be appreciated as I can't utilise my phone at all without mpe because of my disability.

Hi FJ, Just bought a sony vaio with Windows 7. I Installed MPE v.1.7.4. I have a C905 but when I try bluetooth to connect and sync it is extremely slow and it won't stay connected.

Then disable stable connection - should work faster

All your problems and questions would also appear with Windows XP or Windows Vista - they have nothing to do with Windows 7. Maybe it would be better to get familiar with my app on "common" Windows before you report Bugs on Windows 7.

When I said slow, I mean 30mins to sync 400 messages
