Hi. Thanks but at the moment I can't open the application to look at logs or change settings as it doesn't get past this step. Are the logs viewable another way - are they kept locally somewhere?

Just today when I start MPE (2.3) it is getting stuck at "Checking for latest version" - I have to force stop. I have reinstalled the 2.3 version and restarted the PC (Windows 11) but it is still happening. Any ideas please?

I discoverd issue.
Yesterday 20thJuly 2024 MyPhoneExplorer app have been updated to version 3.10.
It seems the 3.10 version have big issue.
I simply deinstalled it and installed again the old one 3.9 (it is possible to find APK on internet searching for it).
The app work perfectly again.

When I use my phone when connected to MPE on a laptop the call popup is displaying an incorrect contact picture (i.e not the one in Outlook, or the phone contact list for that person). This is happening on 2 PC's I sync with with the same incorrect picture, so it has to be something on the phone ...

Does anyone know if this fixes these issues? t

Thanks. I do have a profile set up. The error comes on the desktop not the phone. I did wonder if was to do with that so I deleted and set up new ones after a recent move from Office 2010 to 2013, but I still get the error, I have screen shots, and also on another laptop that I sync to?

Hi. I tried to access the Calendars to sync in Settings, but get an "Error: the settings could not be loaded" message. This is on 2 different PC's same phone. Don't remember this before? Hope someone can help. Thanks. t

The icon in the top left of the popup screen (see screenshot) when for an "unknown" number is showing a particular contact - not a "default" icon as such but one from one of my contacts - and much as I like him I don't want to see his face ...
