All worked will with myphonexplorer until windows10. I am about ready to dump this software. I posted an issue with Bluetooth which is how it used to work (windows7) I couldn't even get a reply from developers. I have made several donations to the cause.

I switched to McAfee antvirus program and my phone will no longer sync. The phone itself connects to my network. (says so on phone) but when I start program in Windows it says :Failed to obtain IP address of phone.

I have tried turning off the firewall, both McAfee and Windows. and it doesn't help.
