I found reason of the error.
MPE needed to update folder locations in sync settings. Problem is solved.

following instructions from Microsoft regarding conversion of outlook file into unicode found here http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/convert-a-non-unicode-data-file-pst-to-a-unicode-data-file-pst-HP001038351.aspx I created new file with imported folders.
