Back to my trial with the log file. I did another test with the same contact and also a contact where the picture transfer worked and one thing that I see that is different is that the contact picture is named .jpg in the first case, and .jpeg in the second.

If you are not syncing with outlook, what program are you syncing with?

Also, you might indicate what phone you are using, or at least the version, if android.

I completed the request. My notes on what I did:

First, update outlook phone number to force sync
9:40 sync (verified in phone - no picture transferred but contact was updated with new phone number)
9:42 open contact in myphoneexplorer and select 'get outlook picture'

You should know that MyPhoneExplorer is not able to detect diffrences in contactpictures. This is probably the reason of your problem. If you make another change of the contact in Outlook then the photo should be transferred
