Reboot of desktop seems to have cleared problem (for now!)

Since upgrade upgrade to version 1.8.8 I have been unable to connect to my phones.
New client loaded on phones, good response to Pings to phone IP address, Firewall disabled.
Error message is "SocketError 10061 - Connection is forcefully ...
