Thanks to Icke for his patience and ideas. This afternoon, at his suggestion, I deleted ALL my contacts on my phone, after backing up all my contacts in Outlook. All the settings are as you suggested. I have just sent you an email with screen shots of the settings on my computer just to make sure they are correct.

MPE on phone:
Calendar: PC Sync (no Google)
Contacts: Phone selected (Google NOT selected)

MPE on computer: Outlook 2013 only

Only one account for contacts and calendar is selected.

As I have mentioned many times here, there is ONLY ONE account being synced...the Outlook account on my work computer. It works for my calendar, but continually duplicates contacts.

I removed Outlook for Android because it does not allow you to turn off getting emails. If I could turn off the email function--which I asked MS about, and they said no--then I would use that program since it syncs with Outlook on the PC. MPE on my phone syncs with "PC Sync" only

MPE on computer syncs with Outlook 2013 Contacts folder only.

Still creates duplicates. I'm ready to give up and just live with duplicates.

This is really deeply frustrating and getting to be more of a hassle than is worthwhile.

Thank you for your post. I only use one Outlook account, and that is the one that keeps duplicating contacts. But it does not duplicate calendar entries, so there seems to be some problem with the way it synchonises contacts. Welcome any suggestions on how to fix this.
