Checked settings in MPE on PC & phone, all check out as prior tò upgrade...is there any support options other than the forum???

I am having same Bluetooth issue and Bluetooth alone....weird. I did the Win 10 upgrade from 8.1. MPE works great but I get a connection error with Bluetooth (and it is paired with the computer) "cannot open port" yet it is the port that is used for phone-computer pair/connection. The USB works fine ...
