Disabling Norton enabled the new install file to run and all seems ok. Took all of 2-3 minutes so turned Norton back 'on' immediately afterwards and the new MyPhoneExplorer is working fine.

Having failed to get it past Norton I downloaded the setup (exe) file to a thumb drive and then right clicked on it and ran a 'Scan Now' from the Norton Internet Security menu. Can't upgrade to new version
Same here. When trying to download the setup file Norton Internet Security automatically removes it and quotes it as 'BAD'.
