Has anyone tried MPE on a 4K monitor under Windows 10?
I have a strong feeling this has to do with form resizing.

It's getting so bad that I cannot finish a single sync wihtout it crashing multiple times.

I can upload a screen video if someone needs it.

MPE crashes always during Multi-Sync in messages!
If message download is run manually, then it does not crash.

Just reinstalled 1.8.7 again. Still the same problem. Cannot finish syncing messages. Always crashes at the end of 5990 messages. Also crashes just opening settings.

How are ypou connecting to the phone? USB? Wifi? Bluetooth? If USB, try using wifi.

I have a Dell 4K monitor. Windows 10 scales most applications fine, but MPE fails in a way that it is unusable.

Steps to reproduce:
Settings dialog > Sync > Contacts Advanced

Now everything turns so tiny, that I cannot even close the dialog without a magnifying glass.

Installed newest Windows 10 (64 bit) Updates.

MPE is still crashing on every sync (mostly at end of message sync or after sending an SMS), but also when I just plain open the settings dialog.

I have to correct my statement about phoner: Disabling it solved some crashes, but not all.

I found the solution on my PC: MPE is not compatible with the newest Phoner.exe (version 3.11) running on the same machine!

Phoner.exe is one of the best free SIP softphone applications for Windows. However, it seems to collide with MPE, probably using some common resources or interface.

I turned off the ballooon help as suggested - no change. MPE crashes randomly while in sync (2 out of 3 times), and sometimes even when I open settings. The crash is always without any message box. Is anyone reading this, or is this thread/software dead? MPE 1.8.7 has become unusable since I updated to Windows 10. Very frustrating, and I need to look for alternatives if there are no fixes. If anyone can help me, I will donate again immediately.
