(Btw, my "baloon" crashes happen via WIFI connection as well.)

Not here it's not, sorry. I have 'balloon help' set and it works fine.

Ok, then maybe it's unique to my laptop, but it is reproducible. Could be my drivers or something. It crashes only when the "balloon" wants to pop out (new SMS or such). Turn off balloons, no crashes. Worked fine on Windows ...

It seems the crashes/restarts of Explorer windows on Windows 10 are caused by "Balloon help" SMS notifications. It's reproducible.

It crashes after "Balloon help" pops out, such as for new incoming SMS-es, or "refresh", etc. E.g. if "Balloon help" is active and there are new SMS-es in Inbox ...
