Since Android (9) Pie, MPE does not work properly anymore. The WiFi-connection is unstable and therefore synchronization is always aborted. Furthermore it is not possible to close the cliënt on my device. Not even after the time out of 15 minutes inactivity. Reinstalling did not solve the ...

Ich habe das Hilfsfenster schon gesehen und ich glaube das die Einstellungen richtig sind. Meine SSID ist nicht sichtbar für jedem.

I think a rebooting w910 is a known problem to the SE-community (See google, keywords: " sony ericsson w910 restart/reboot ) but not to SE itself. Complaints won't be answered. Firmware update does not solve the problem.
Perhaps a question on http&#58 ...

I haven't installed 1.7.1 yet but I know it is a setting. I don't think it is removed.

Press: F2 (Or " File " > " Options "
Select: " Behaviour "
Select in " Message notification " " Balloon help "

As I said, it is not based on ver 1.7.1.

For the Nokia you could try Oxygen Phone Manager but is not for free. Better is to convince your brother to buy a SE

Nothing, there is no virus or trojan in MPE. Blame the Anti virus software

There is a program called Oxygen Phone Manager or OPM. This program deals with Nokia Mobile Phones. This program is not for free.

There is a slight possibility that you have to acknowledge your MPE in DEP

Go to CONFIG>SYSTEM PROPERTIES>ADVANDED SYSTEM. Click the button "Settings" in the TAB: "Advanced" (Section "Performance")
Select TAB "Prevention .....(DEP)"

Activate: "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except ...

I am impressed of the new w980 and however it is not available yet, I consider buying it when it is available. I am wondering whether it works with MPE. I've read that some SE-mobiles have a symbian OS. Has the new w980 a symbian OS as well?

I opened the logfile without starting the program and these lines are showed in the log after trying to delete the user:

20:41:21.93 Delete user: Sony Ericsson K610 [IMEINR]
20:41:21.93 Keys loaded
20:41:21.93 Users: 1
20:41:21.93 Userkey removed

However the user is still available ...

I cannot explain this. It is just as I told. The problem is not that big and I am willing to help you solve this problem.
