When I plug the phone it is recognised by the PC. The phone is charging.
So the drivers are installed.

Moreover, I followed the steps indicated for this problem (restart PC, remove battery, etc) but it doesn't no effect.

I use My Phone Explorer to save my SMS. It works great but the date of my sent SMS is not recuperated (for my recieved SMS, I have no problem).
Do you know why ?
