Reinstalled MPE. This fixed the problem.

MPE also working on Suse Leap 15.3.

MyPhoneExplorer 1.9.0 installed into Leap 15.3 and operating successfully using Wine.

Running MPE Version 1.9.

Refresh messages from phone to desktop refreshes all messages rather than just new messages. Every refresh takes 20 minutes.

It seems that this bug was introduced in version 1.9.

Is there a work around for this issue?

I have the same issue.

Outgoing SMS messages sent via the Desktop client not going to the sent SMS folder on the desktop client. The outgoing messages do not appear unless the all the SMS messages are refreshed from the phone.

Version 1.8.12.

What I want to do is set up the sync on the MPE PC client so that it syncs with Google contacts on the cloud but does not create any contacts on the phone.
That´s not what the MPE was designed for and I don´t see how this could work.

From what I can see MPE can be configured to pull down the contacts from the Google cloud then sync these contacts with phone. The problem is that the Android phone is set up to sync with Google Cloud ...

If you start a sync from the PC to the Android phone, the Google contacts client will try and sync the new entries with the Google back end server in real time which means there are two syncs taking place at the same time. This will trigger duplicate entries.
