Yes they can, but I bet anything that they wont... they stripped this features for a reason: to sell the phone as low tech!

you dont need to enable USB Debugging when you're using Wifi (only for usb)!

I think you might wanna try connecting via usb. If you want to make it work over WIFI, you should post the debug logs (or send them to FJ).

this is odd. What connection are you using?

Maybe connect your phone, wait for a SMS to come in, save the debug log and send it to FJ!

I think this might be related to bad adb drivers. Maybe you want to try uninstall them and get new ones from the latest Android SDK. If you already did this, did you try to ask HTC on this issue?

I think you need root for this, so i guess FJ wont implement this!
But lets see what he says

go the the link in my signature and scroll down to the buttom of it. There it is explained in detail. I think this should help you!

1) if you use USB you dont need to install the software. It gets installed by first connection.

2) you should only use "charge only" instead of "hard disk mode" (or something similiar) when connecting the phone with your pc via usb!

3) I think you might not have enabled usb debugging! Please ...

please reboot your pc and your phone and try again.

If problem still occurs, please post the debug log!

I have the 1.8.1 version of the download but the client version?? is 1.0.7? I'm not sure if that makes sense to you or not.

This is fine. Since android phones have only been introduced to MPE since 1.8 the version numeration between pc software and the client ...

I'm no a 100% sure, but as far as i know android decides whether the app should be installed on the card or your internal memory. As far as i know there is now option in MPE to force installation on your SD Card.
