Hi, I have the same demands/wishes.
The sync between Outlook 2003 and MPE / SE Xperia x8 goes fine for Contacts and Calendar, but there's no Notes (nor Tasks) sync possible.
But within android 1.6 and 2.1 there is a notes application originally installed. Isn't there a possibility to sync to this ...

no connection - no usb device - Xperia x8
Hi, I have the same problem as Gediminas. When I plug in the USB connection to my PC and Xperia x8, then ask MyPhoneExplorer 1.08 to connect: "no device attached to USB". The phone says it's attached and I can explore the files on my PC. I don't have a myphoneexplorer client installed on my xperia ...
