Ah! That seems to have done it. Using the path relative to the folder being synced.
In this case actually
\logseq\bak\*
But those folders are no longer being scanned.

The SMS messages can be imported into the SMS-Archive. Just rightclick->Import/Export->Import-> Select the backup file

Just posting this in case it helps anyone.
Syncing Thunderbird addressbook with Android stopped for me with the TB 68 upgrade and it wasn't this issue in the FAQ:
