Can not connect through USB Win 7 Note 2

It used to work great. Never had a single problem, but now using 1.8.5 and no matter what I try it just will not connect through USB.

I have the client running on the phone, no blocking in the firewall.

I can not connect. Please help.

Ohh that was mad. I fixed it.

I downloaded this ZIP

Unzipped it and copied the files into the DLL folder in the myphoneexplorer folder. Then I ran the fastboot.exe and adb.exe and then re started the program and it worked

Maybe this will help others.

You have to launch them manually every time ? Please post the logfile after you did NOT launch adb.exe manually before and after you tried to connect.

Last log file was after it connected. it doesn't always show the allow screen on the phone. Took 5 goes that time.

You have to make the checkmark "Always allow" so the security feature will not block the adb connection for your PC in future

It will appear after you plugged in your phone and you started the connection with MPE. The message appears on the phones screen
