OBEX communication channel is easy to crash

Try f.e. moving through folders quickly in file viewer using keyboard.
Chances are, the error will pop up on second or third folder, and whole communication channel will break apart.

Should really serialize all access to OBEX to prevent concurrent requests at any rate of possibility. This shit is very unstable.

The problem is known and it has not to do with OBEX. The general issue is that the desktop application is written in VB6 which has no Thread-Handling.

Lack of concurrent threading doesn't mean it's impossible to serialize access to certain service.
