Where are Tasks/Categories normally stored on phone?

This is a bit confusing to me, as I think these applications are not running in their own processes, but rather under MyPhoneExplorer.

I wasn't able to find this answer in a search of the forum, but then, because of my confusion, it's possible I was searching with incorrect terms.

Could someone please give me a path, or given Android's variations, the 'usual' paths, were files pertaining to these functions may be located, in the phone's directory structure?
