Any possibility to undo sync ?

SOS!!!!

I lost my samsung note and luckily I used to sync via MPE...

But why??? why????? when I sync...it sync followed the new phone contact and wipe out my MPE contact record in the notebook!!! Which MPE is all the full up to date contact I have!!!!


PLS PLS PLS ... Anyway to undo the sync?? And why the sync is phone to notebook and not both sync together for the latest???

There should be some Sync Logs in your.C:\Users\{YOUR USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\MyPhoneExplorer\{YOUR PHONE}\Sync Logs folder. In there search for the newest file and ooen it in your browser then undo all changes manually. Thats the only way i know, sorry.

Haven´t you made any backup files?

Sorry for freaking out...the contact in my notebook MPE is under different user name.

Now I was unable to sync the contact to my new phone. Even I changed my new phone user name as per my MPE.

Any idea?

And about the back up, I have tried to open the back up file but it said that can not open becos dont know what program to open..

The Backup files are not to be opend, you simply restore them to your phone via MPE.

But I was unable to sync the contact in MPE at the notebook to my new phone.

It requested for the new name for the phone and not allow the same name as per the notebook.

Meant it allows to establish new user instead of sync with old user.

Pls advise.

This has nothing to do with the name of the phones.
You should make a backup of the old phones with MyPhonExplorer and then can this restored on the new phone .
