Hi, there are some small issues with message sync in MPE.

I use a K750i, MPE 1.5.9, WinXP. SE PC Suite installed.

1) A new msg comes. MPE displays a balloon dlg. My phone displays the 'My Shortcuts' menu instead of 'New Events'.

2) I read the msg in MPE. But still, the phone displays an unread msgs indicator on the top left of the screen. It remains there unless I navigate to the inbox (even if I delete the msg thru MPE).

The following are features I miss in MPE:

1) MPE doesn't alert me if a new task event occurs.

2) Why doesn't the keypad have a 'My Shortcuts' button?

I thought you might ignore this if I posted it in the 'Suggestions' forum so I started a new one :)

The bug cannot be fixed - it depends on the phone

Suggestion 1: In the next major version
Suggestion 2: I'll take a look at it

Thx 4 the quick response. It was disappointing to know it cannot be fixed.

Sorry to trouble you, but can u pls help me with this small issue?
My PC Suite has some funny behavior - if I turn on the PC with the phone connected, it works fine. Otherwise I get an error saying 'CAPI_Worker module caused an error'. Then it wont detect the phone if I connect it. This error occurs also when I remove the phone while things are working fine. But if I terminate the CAPI_Worker process (epmworker.exe, a part of the PC Suite software), then the error won't come and if I connect the phone again, PC Suite will detect it, but SE Image Editor won't.

What could be wrong? And if you don't know, it's ok - don't bother to reply. Sorry for taking your time.

I have had exactly the same problem with CAPI_worker crashing on load up. I can sync phone if i dock phone before turning computer on. I have contacted Sony Ericsson about 3 weeks ago and there back room technicians are apparently looking into it. Perhaps contact SE yourself and see what they say.

Guys - this is a forum for MYPHONEEXPLORER, why i should support the stuff of SonyEricsson ? They have their own support-team. You don't need the CAPI-Worker or any other stuff from the PC-Suite if you work with MyPhoneExplorer
