If not to press in time the Further button, the message from Computer doesn't leave anywhere.

In point of the settings "Appendices by Default" at me for messages "MyPhoneExplorer" is chosen.

There are reasons that it is necessary to adjust that MyPhoneExplorer started working normally?

Its a limitation of Android 4.4 (KitKat).
Only the default sms application has write permissions to the sms-database. But this dialog should not be forced if you only want to send a message. It should appear if you delete or upload a message with myPhoneExplorer.

Thank you for telling us what we all should do. Perhaps you should solve this yourself, since you're so sure that it should be done.

We (the users) and FJ have been fighting to find a way around KitKat's recent change since it happened.

And in case it didn't sink in from FJ's response...

Certainly, you can undertake nothing for the solution of this problem.
But if "this message" constantly appears, to me becomes uncomfortable to write the SMS from the MyPhoneExplorer program.
And after a while I will wean from it. And still after a while other users of this program will wean, ry too for certain is, and simply were too lazy to write the developer on not the language.
And still after a while this program simply won't put - because it isn't convenient to use...

Well you contact the OS Android developers for the solution of the questions?
Explain to them "on fingers" that they made an error of project-design...

Here´s something to think about for you.
The MPE is mainly a synchronizing tool and not a better keybord for writing text messages.
If you´re not happy with it, fell free to find a better free software to do the same job.
Maybe you´ll do a little Google and find that developers all other the world are complaining about that change in permissions for months now.

Its NOT possible to get Write-Access in the SMS-Database if the App is not set as Standard-SMS-App. Maybe it would be an option to leave MyPhoneExplorer Client as Standard-SMS-App as long as MPE Client is connected, this would decrease the number of popups.

While I'll agree with almost everything else you said, I disagree with this.

I myself (and who knows how many others) use MPE as the primary interface to my phone. I rarely even touch my phone.

Yeah, I'm all for that. I've been lobbying in other threads to have that taken out for a while.

And I'll deal with whatever I need to, the software does what I need. That's all that matters to me.

It kind of surprises me that the needs of the many is so skewed that direction, I'd think the majority were using it as I do...but that's the beauty of diversity.

Or perhaps it would be better to say "not JUST a better keyboard for writing text messages."

Because it does that (and other interactions with the phone) quite awesomely.
