Windows 7 problems

I have been using MPE for a long time now, but for some reason it has recently been failing. This might have been when I updated to 1.8.5, but can't be sure.

Main problem is that after MPE has been running for some time (maybe an hour or two) it loses communication to phone. I'm using WiFi to phone and wired Ethernet to PC.

Only way to get PC to phone communication working is to "Exit" MPE using menu, then restart it. No action required on Phone so it seems like problem in MPE on PC. When this happens, MyPhoneExplorer.exe starts consuming 100%cpu on processor that it is running on (I have intel i7 so only 13% of total CPU). I then have to use task manager to end that app.

Any ideas whats wrong?

Have you tried updating your network drivers to the latest version. I would also disable power saving on your network adapter... see if that makes a difference

Go to Device Manager .... select the properties of network card, go to Power management and remove ticks.

And if it does not help then please post the logfile after MPE gets crazy for some moments, maybe there i can find a hint to the issue: Start->Run->%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\debug.txt->OK
