Cannot sync after PC reload

I recently had to reload my PC with OS. Since then, I have not been able to sync my Samsung Galaxy with my Lotus Notes calendar.

Phone = Samsung Galaxy
Connection = USB
Using Windows 7 Pro, with Android version 4.1.2
Lotus Notes 9.0

The settings on the phone have not changed, but the software doesn't register when the phone is connected. At the same time, when I try to change my settings, I get the following message: "You have changed profile dependent settings. Since there is currently no profile loaded these settings will not be saved".

What can I do to make it work again?

On your PC in MPE select file/user/add user.

I found out it was the phone driver that was missing. When I installed that, everything worked fine. Sorry.
