File sync bug with deletion

Hi,

If you use 2 way file sync and:


(1) Delete a file on the PC
(2) Update the same file on the phone

The file gets deleted from both even though the new file on the phone is more recent than the file that was deleted.

The app should not delete a newer file but remember the date/time or other attributes of the file it wishes to delete. The delete should be dropped if not the same....

There also seems to be a problem with plain sycning where files were never deleted.
