CaOutlook error: settings.dat could not be created?

Hi all,

I am an old user of MyPhoineExplorer.

I had stopped using both Outlook and MyPhoneExplorer when my desktop died on me.

I have started to use Outlook again and am running into the issues of sync'ng with MPE.

I am on Windows 10 using Office 365 (Personal version that comes with Outlook) which installs as Microsoft Outlook 2016.

The error I am getting is something I never had before as I remember.

When I go into settings of MPE and go to the SYNC settings. MPE is finding the email account within Outlook. When I go to Advanced settings I am choosing to Force a sync from Phone to Outlook, a one way sync.

But then I get a error message popup stating that '/settings.dat could not be created'.

I am assuming that this is some sort of rights issue but I have no idea of how to fix it.

Can someone help me please?
