Connecting but not Syncing

I have spend the last few hours reading posts, looking through the FAQs, and following directions that seemed to possibly be the answer to my difficulty, but none have solved my problem.

I use a Toshiba Satellite C55 with the current (1.8.7) version of MyPhoneExplorer installed.

My phone is an LG G3 with the current MyPhoneExplorer app update.

Up until 4/28/2016 I was able to connect and sync without any difficulties.

On the 29th, I was informed that there was an update, for my phone, and I allowed it. Since then, MyPhoneExplorer will connect to my phone but, when I tell it to perform a multi-sync, the program crashes/closes on my computer.

I have attempted connection and sync via bluetooth (the method I have used for quite some time now), WiFi, and USB cable. The program finds the phone on all of them, but will not sync.

I would appreciate any and all assistance.
