I had at first synchronised Agenda in Outlook (from Office 2013) on PC with smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini), I suspect reasonably complete. However after adding new information to the PC agenda and execute synchronisation, the process halts and gives an error message translated into English: cannot read data from outlook; and the new information is not copied to the smartphone.
If needed I can read German (not the IT-Jargon, please), but writing German without spelling errors is more difficult for me
I would appreciate suggestions as to how to proceed, Thank you in advance

I think I have resolved the issue:
On the Multi-Sync page I had ticked the box Notices and I think I don't have any additional Notes in my Outlook.
