WiFi PIN not saved

I've got several Android devices which I use to connect via Wifi. As it happens they all share the same WiFi PIN and I can connect to whichever I like.

Having supplied the PIN once at connection (and the PIN hasn't changed) I am no longer asked for the PIN on future connections with one exception. Every time I want go connect to this particular device it will ask me for the PIN even though it hasn't changed since last time I connected. What can I do for it to remember the PIN?
