Hi, I have a very high resolution screen on one of our laptops which runs at 3200x1800. When the MyPhone Explorer loads on this PC (Windows 8 ) it appears as a normal size window. Also after connecting to the phone it is fine, but after initiating the multi sync, the window suddenly shrinks in size by at least half, and you almost cannot read the text, or click on any items on the menus because everything is so small. Fortunately I know my way round the software so it doesn't really stop me using it, but it is slightly annoying. Any chance of a fix at the next update?
Cheers,
Rupert |

Hello, I have the same issue as Rupert now on a laptop with high resolution and windows 8.1 on it.
I changed the dpi of the screen so I can read better but then the problem starts with MPE in the same way that Rupert describes.
Can anyone tell me if there is a solution for this please? |

Since my previous post I would also comment further that I now have a second laptop which runs Windows 10 rather than Windows 8 at a similar resolution 3840x2160. In this case everything always displays normally, so my feeling is that the problem with the other machine relates either to Windows 8 or perhaps more likely to that specific graphics driver. I haven't had time to test out different drivers though. The machine which has the problem in Windows 8 is a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro laptop. I have noticed that this machine also shows some "too small errors" with some other software too. |
