I too have forgotten my password; please help!

Tried to add a new device today. Recorded both WiFi password and MPE Desktop password. Somehow, old device, using MPE for 3 years, took the new MPE password and the new device gives me the error of no MPE Device Password. I have tried every possible combination. I have searched through forum entries, and solution seems to be an e-mail from you.

Your assistance is most gratefully appreciated. This is a worthy product.
