Outlook 2013 CONTACTS - thumbnail images not transferring

Hi all - I've had to rebuild my phone after a factory reset. Syncing contacts from Outlook 2013 to my Samsung Galaxy S4 works fine EXCEPT the "Contact Pictures" are not transferred from my HP Envy laptop (running Win8.1 and Outlook 2013). Does anyone know how to make this happen? Cheers, Steve

In Settings, Sync, Contacts Sync With Outlook XXXX, Advanced, check the Sync also contact picture...
