Cannot connect via usb to RedMi Pro

Hello!

I cannot connect via USB to RedMi Pro 3, any hint?

I can browse the phone's files in Windows Explorer.

However, when I try to connect it says 'no device attached to usb'.

I also have enabled autostart in Permissions.

PS: If I backup everything, can I restore them to another phone (Motorola) or there will be a problem?
