sms messages dont delete from myphoneexplorer (pc) ?

after installing the update on my computer, the program stopped erasing messages.
what should i do to sync sms messages and delete from myphonexplorer directly from my windows 7 (computer)?

If i understand the question right. I have the same problem. When i delete an sms on the phone, sometimes it stays in MPE and cannot removes.

Windows 10 and Nokia 8
Both fully updated.

What to do?

you have to switch the default SMS app to Myphoneexplorer client before you can delete sms on the phone using Myphone Explorer on the Desktop.
