Auto archiving SMS

Some of my SMS get copied into archive automatically.
I haven't worked out why it is only some not all.
The original messages are not deleted from my phone inbox.
Any ideas on how I can stop this happening.

I use MPE on a Windows 10 PC and the client on a Motorola G7 Plus android phone.

Pretty much since I updated from S10 to S21U and S22U, MPE keeps saying when I sync messages that I have deleted some messages on my phone and MPE wants to delete or archive on MPE. I have to select archive because I HAVEN'T actually deleted any messages on my phone.

Why can't MPE see that these recently synced messages are still on my phone?

It did this with four messages that I received today!
