Transfer old data to new phone.

Good morning,
This is not the first time I have the problem and every time I have the same worries.
I have backups of the old phones.
I install 1.048.apk, run MPE and connect my new phone but could not take the SMS from before.

What is your problem? Did you confirm in the shown dialog on the phone that MyPhoneExplorer is your "Standard SMS App" as soon as MyPhoneExplorer wants to upload your messages to the phone?

I did not ask a question about the phone for "Standard SMS App".(version 1.048.apk )

As soon as MyPhoneExplorer wants to upload a message to the phone you have to confirm the dialog on the phone. When you want to upload the messages from PC Archive to the phone then choose rightclick->Upload to phone

Thank you for your answers, as usual I do not understand anything.
My method How I put my contacts and SMS on the new phone:
Outlook Contacts --> . csv, read by Google and transfer to phone contacts.
SMS Backup App --> Google Drive ---> SMS Backup new phone --> SMS
Please, there is a tuto for transferring old data saved to a new phone ?

I try it

Make a backup of your old phone's data:
- MPE => Connection with the old cell phone
- MPE => Extras => Create Backup
If you no longer have an old cell phone, you can create an offline backup without connecting to the old cell phone:
All you have to do is ignore the connection error message


Übertrage die Daten auf das neue Handy:
- MPE => Connection with the new cell phone
- MPE => Extras => Restore Backup
