MPE-extension not working in Thunderbird 125.0

Hello,
I'm new to this forum, but since many years a happy user of MPE. Made some contributions too. Today, after an update of Thunderbird to version 125, I find the extension in Tb for syncing the agenda, not working anymore. In fact the extension in Tb is switched off and not visible in the menubar.
Will there be a new version of the extension soon?
